The article is devoted to the role of an English teacher in the training of
professional personnel in the era of globalization, his/her linguistic competence,
including the writing skill of and the impact of this competence on students.
Improving the written skills of the teacher is necessary to maintain the status of
the entire state, since the teacher influences the success of education.
