Given the fact that tourism is gradually becoming a strategic sector of the
country’s economy, there is a growing need for tourism education due to the
growing need for full involvement of the regions in tourism, development of
services and training of highly qualified personnel in the global tourism industry
can be seen to be born. This article discusses three important factors that ensure
the quality training of highly qualified professionals in the field of tourism in
accordance with national and international educational standards. They are the
importance of tourist camps in the training of modern youth, the role of practical
training in the personnel’s life and the importance of creating literature.
