The article is devoted to the lexical and semantic analysis of Uzbek tourism terminology. On the one hand, at the lexical level, there is a more Mature status of English terminology in the field of tourism, and it acts as a basis in the Uzbek language. On the other hand, there is a recent trend towards parallelism in the lexical and semantic processes of the English and Uzbek languages. Thus, they led to the convergence of nodal and terminological systems, that is, the emergence of a common part of the terminological dictionary for both languages.
